Officially formed in 2025, Changeover consists of Daan (vocals, drums) and Koert (guitar, bass), both members of Arnhem-based bands Novelization and Obnoxious.

        Much of the material for their debut EP was originally written in their high school days, laying the foundations for songs over six years in the making. Revived as a new jam-based project, the duo focused on improvisation and complete creative freedom.

Drawing from what they call “interlocked grooves,” the music developed organically, with some arrangements taking shape only during recording.

        On February 27, 2026, Changeover released their first EP, Paper Prophets, featuring the singles “Get Away”, “(What) Lies Ahead”, and “Red Light.”

The band is now looking forward to expanding the project and taking Changeover to the stage.
